True Farmers Cancellation Policy is designed to protect the customer and the service provider in the event of a cancellation.
We know plans can change, so we’ve designed a cancellation policy that’s accommodating for our customers and supports our service providers and supports us too. Early notification of cancellation means our service providers can offer their services to someone else in your community
You may cancel or change your appointment up to 48 hours in advance.

To cancel your order within 24 to 48 Hours.
1. Go to Your Account, then Your Orders.
2. Find the order for the service appointment you scheduled, and click Cancel.
If you want to cancel your appointment within less than 24 hours notice, please contact our customer care at +91 – 8700453738; between 7 am to 11 pm to see if the service can be cancelled or rescheduled.
Note: Before opening of any product please make a video of that it will help us to get the right reason for the return and refund your amount.
