True Farmers Return means an act of giving back the product order at TRUE FARMERS.IN online portal by the consumer. The following situations can be considered the reason for the return of the product.

The product delivered to you do not match your order.

The product delivered has expired or near to its expiry date.

Product delivered was damaged in transit(do not accept any product which has a tampered seal).


If the product that you have received is damaged, then do not accept the delivery of that product. If after opening the package you discover that the product is damaged the same may be returned for a refund. Please note that we cannot promise a replacement for all products as it will depend on the availability of the particular product, in such cases, we will offer a refund.

If there is something wrong with the order, we would be happy to assist and resolve your concern. You may raise a return request with us within three working days from the delivery of the product. The TRUEFARMERS.IN reserves the right to cancel the return request if the customer reaches out to The True after two days of delivery.

Upon receiving the Return/Refund request, The TRUE FARMERS shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the request. If TRUE FARMERS finds that the request is genuine, it will initiate the Return and Refund process.

We always try our best to deliver all the orders to the customers at the given time period but still if any of the order doesn’t get delivered to the customer due to incomplete/incorrect shipping address then, in that case, the shipment charges of Rs 100 will be deducted and the product amount will be refunded to the customer.

In case a customer receives an incomplete order then only the product amount will be refunded to the customer.

At TRUEFARMERS.IN we do our best to ensure that all our customers are completely satisfied with our products but in some cases, our vendors may take some time to arrange a product due to unavailability or shortage of the same. In such a scenario we will be intimating the customer regarding the same.

Please Note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by NMS Wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.

To request a refund, simply email us your order details, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our quality of service.

As we know that TRUE FARMERS specially deals with grocery products that cannot be return. We assure you that we will deliver you best quality from our side with best protection but it can happen with anyone that while delivering the products it may get damaged little bit from outside. When you get your product and you find it is tempered seal please do not accept that product.
